Prices
All prices are in UK Pounds (GBP) at the current rate.
Payment
Payment for purchases is received at the time of ordering. We accept online payments by nochex. A Nochex account is not neccessary to use this form of payment.
Delivery.
We aim to send your order by Royal Mail First Class post, within 3 working days of receiving your order. If there is any difficulty with doing this we will contact you.
Exchanges and Refunds.
Our aim is that you absolutely love the products and service offered by The Ochil Soap Company, however, if you are not completely satisfied then we offer a full and no hassle refund or exchange policy.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase then return it to us within 14 days, in their original packaging, for an exchange or a full refund. Once we receive the products a full refund will be issued. We dpo not accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit or due to circumstances beyond our control. The cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer and any replacements will be subject to normal delivery charges.
Cancellation.
If you wish to cancel an order placed on the website then please contact us stating your Ochil Soap Company Order Number. If you order has already been dispatched then please refer to the exchange and refund policy above.
